Well, they say that the easy part is starting and the hard part is keeping it going. I'm really enjoying getting back in to my walking/running routine, let's see if I can pair my verbal and mental exercise with my physical exercise. I also hope to avoid any serious injury while engaging in this vigorous exercise routine... no sprained ankles, broken bones, or cerebral traumas would be prefered
