Wake The Ineffable Up (WTIU) is a ten-session, five-week journey that invites you to pause what you think you know, and to step into a fresh way of being.
Together, we will explore who you are, how you relate to others, what you value most, and how you connect to something greater—so you can live with more awareness, ease, and love.
WTIU is about exploring deeper connections: with yourself, with the people in your life, and with the wider world. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to build more trust, confidence, intimacy, and joy.
If you are curious, hungry for meaning, or simply open to seeing life in a new way, WTIU offers a supportive space to stretch, grow, and even surprise yourself.
